I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how very pleased I was with my pool opening this year as well as my overall satisfaction with the customer service.

Your Service Technician and his assistant were very kind, polite and organized.  My children and I are novices when it comes to pool operations and your crew patiently took the time to explain to my son and myself how to maintain our pool in good working order and especially how to backwash the pump and ensure that it doesn’t overheat by checking the pressure gauge (we burned out our first pump due to improper operation).

You have always gone out of your way to be helpful anytime I have called.  No matter how trivial my questions have been, you have always been so helpful and patient.

All in all, the customer service at Clearwater is unbeatable.  It is such a rarity nowadays to deal with such pleasant, knowledgeable professionals who take pride in their work!
